Shipping policy

Shipping Process Orders are shipped from our warehouse by courier. Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign, please designate an alternative recipient (e.g., family member, colleague, neighbor). We are not responsible for goods signed by an alternative person.

Some courier partners may require an OTP to complete delivery, sent to the phone number provided when placing the order. We are not responsible for damages after delivery. Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Charges Shipping and handling rates vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. Charges are provided at checkout and must be reviewed before payment.

International Shipping We comply with Indian export and customs laws and currently do not deliver outside India. For potential future international orders, the consignee must ensure compliance with import and customs laws of the destination country, including payment of any applicable Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, GST, or other government taxes. We cannot provide advance estimates for these charges and are not liable for payment.

If an order does not clear customs, we may, at our discretion, refund the order amount minus shipping costs, return duty charges, and other incurred fees. Customers must be aware of their country’s import limits when ordering.
